I’m leaving Copenhagen tonight, going to my family in Norway for the holidays. This year, I’m able to take almost two weeks off, which is very luxurious. I have always had very mixed feelings about a family Christmas. Although I love my family very much, it’s always quite challenging to gather 10-15 people who usually don’t spend much time together and who don’t really have much in common except that they’re family. I’ll try to be large about it, but I know that I will have to take some long ski trips to retain my sanity between drunk uncles and bossy big sisters. I’m really looking forward to have some time to play….with my new toy, a Sigma 30 mm 1.4 EX DC…wohooo, I can’t wait to get my hands on that baby. Another thing, my parents don’t have broadband…so I’ll probably have to go days without my internet fix…that’s a bit harsh. Haha…Annelogue will really have to be analog for some time. It’ll probably be good for me.
