I have no idea what happened to my Friday nights! When I was at Uni and during the first years of my professional life I used to go out on Fridays a lot. Now, I usually just crash in front of my TV or computer with take-away food in front of me. Really dull ass! Part of it has to do with the fact that I moved to a new city three years ago and after work drinks on Fridays with your work mates is not a big thing here in Copenhagen. Most people just want to go home to their families and maybe not spend more time than necessary with their work mates. Anyhow, on Fridays I’m also dog tired, so rounding up friends to go out seems like such an effort. I miss after work drinks! I’ll have to try to create that tradition here…
